如果做成績大榜

還有問題，本校是1 SERVER 2 SAMS，上午班websams，下午班websams2，當我set datasource location的時候，發現兩個database沒有Command這個table，請問怎樣才可以連結至有關database table? 謝謝

 

可以到crosstab expert加減。倘若閣下的意思是加入一些 formula field 中沒有的項目，這是頗為困難的。

在 Database Expert 看到的 Command ，並不是一個 table，而是表示使用一段 SQL 提取資料。閣下可以在 Database Expert 的 Command 一字，右擊選 Edit Command，就可以看到內容。

閣下在 Set Datesource Location 選了Current Data Source 和 Replace with 的內容，並按下 Update 後，會出了一個警告視窗：

Some tables could not be replaced, as no match was found in the new data source. Please specify the table required for any unmodified tables.

雖然有這樣一個警告，但再到 Database Expert 看看，可以發覺 Datasource Location 已經被更換了。

You may select the field @output in GF1a (Group Footer 1a). Click and drag the field with either one of points on the top or bottom. The height of the field will in turn control the that of each row.

For your second request, it is difficult to meet because the report simply retrieves the data with a SQL statement.

 

First, i am able to adjust the row height.

 

But for the no of subj passed, is it possible to use the formula "pass ind" and use the formula "sum()".  I tried but fail.

我校每班35人，是否可修改為每班35人。

 

這份表並沒有人數限制，有多少人就印多少人。如果閣下希望把橫向改為直向，可以在 Crystal Reports 中 File > Printer Setup 修改。

 

人手把 Output 這個欄位的高度調整，就可以控制每列的高度，從而改變每頁的人數。

 

請問可否在每頁中能出班號，因只有第一頁有班號和姓名，其他看分數有困難?
