I have the SAME PROBLEM.
There must be still BUGS in the upgrade version. I have contacted NCS this morning, the staff said they have received reports of such kind already, but cannot offer solution yet. Just wait and see. As more and more school report to NCS about this issue, they will take contingency measure. So don't hesitate, give them a call (3125 8510). 團結就是力量，force the guys to do something, we don't have much time to waste and the deadline is close.

1. Prior to data extraction for HKDSE registration data in WebSAMS, schools are reminded to check if subject set up for students in Student Module has been completed . Please refer to relevant screen:
2. Otherwise, pls refer them to NCSI, Tel: 31258510
Accordingly, a data patch will be provided NCSI as a contingency to fix individual problem in relation to database table structure. Next week (by early October 2011), a new WebSAMS bulid will be issued involving solution to fix the technical problem.

老師請至電NCSI, Tel: 31258510, 取data patch才能修正.
mine is another story.
no matter which class i choose, the same data file with several students is got.
in addition, when i choose a certain class, there are only less than 10 students displayed.

You still need to call NCSI, Tel: 31258510 for a data patch to fix the problem. If problem persists after the patch, pls contact your school liaison officer.
