Nah, I haven't. And if I did...hmm, I think I'll go and see if it really is bullying first before taking any action, and if it is, I'll tell the nearest teacher- something I normally wouldn't do, 'cause I'm no telltale, honest.
In my opinion, a bully-free environment is critical to our self-esteem and confidence. Without bullies, we reduce the risk of having victims' post-effects, such as depression and later problems as bullying-for both bully and victim-can affect the child into adulthood and leave a shadow on their past. To resolve, and, ultimately, stamp out this brain-racking, head-hurting problem, we should first address the bullies, not the victims. Mostly, bullies only do so because they have family problems, or they are abused/bullied at home, or they wish to have a 'position of terror and power' over the others, which, in some way, makes them feel superior to others. Many bullies, as I have emphasised before, are in fact being bullied themselves. So they, or their home life, are the problem that underpins all others. We have to understand the bully's situation, penetrate the thick, cold, hard shell that so oftentimes hides a soft, shy, sad soul. Then we should proceed to solve the bully's problem. After all, when the bullies understand they are hurting others, they will at some point stop. This is the best method to solve the problem. Some bullies don't even know that they are the 'bad guy'. These bullies must be understood and clarified.

    1. No... However, if there is such an incident, I will inform a teacher about it so that she can handle the situation.

    2. Bullying is important because it had a bad result, in the end, some student committed suicide. In fact, bullying is pervasive and often causes harm. Children who are bullied are more likely to suffer a variety of psychological disorders, including depression and anxiety. Keep the lines of communication open. Check in with kids often. Listen to them. Know their friends, ask about school, and understand their concerns. Encourage kids to do what they love. Special activities, interests, and hobbies can boost confidence, help kids make friends, and protect them from bullying behaviour.

    1. Yes I actually did have witness a bullying. I remember it was in F.2. There was a rain and the floor is kind of flippery. I saw a fat boy slipped over and no one was willing to give him an arm. The surrounded students burst to laughter and I was the only one who gave him a hand

    2. It was of utmost importance for everyone involved in school to create a bully-free environment. No matter it is severe or not, a bullying action will definitely leave its mark on the victim's memory, causing yet unknown but surely immense sequel. She/he may even be traumatized! You never know how devastating bullying can be.
