    1. What do you think about the doctors’ protests? Do you think they are justified?
    2. Are you aware of the severe shortage of public hospital manpower and resources? What do you think can be done to rectify the situation?

    1. I think the doctors' protests were actually right since they thought that was the only way to convince the government and HA ( Housing Authority) and they are justified.
    2. Yes, I think more resources should be declared and there should be more staff to help cope with an operation.

I think doctor's protests is rational.
I don't know. Attract external manpower.

I think that the doctors' protests are reasonable- if you were facing such difficulties in addition to being complained to by angry, disunderstanding paitients, naturally you would seek help from the government. However they have to understand that the government is not an idea valve and that they, too, have to think and merge ideas through meetings and cannot provide good ideas whenever they are requested.
Yes, I am fully aware of the situation in public hospitals. IDK what can be done, though- maybe more fundings and resources from the government or plans for external manpower? That's a pretty hard dilemma.

    1. I think that they are justified as they are suffering from hectic life and they can't improve this situation.
2.I often am aware of the manpower of the medical market, I think the educational standard can be lower threshold to let students be doctors and the amount of doctors will be increased by that.

    1. Yes, that's true, those frontline doctors have quite a lot of pressure on their works.

    1. I think the protest is reasonable. Doctors have to experience the mounting pressure and they must be very tired. They are just arguing what they should have. I think their thoughts are justified.
    2. I do aware of it. The Government may input more financial support and perform a better human resources management.
