    1.Yes,I have.It is 1000m I have ever run.
    2.I often exercise once a week.We should warm up before we are ready to exercise and pay attention to our gestures and the time when we are exercising,it shouldn't be too long.

    1. Yes, I have tried long distance running. The long distance that I have ever run is 800 m. It is not a very long distance because my school has made a race which is 3000 m and it really needs a long time of exercising.
    2.I exercise twice or three times a week on running. We should pay attention to the distance of the exercise, the time that I use and the speed of the exercise when we are exercising on running with different distance or any field sports with different places.

    Yes ,I have tried long distance running.The long distance that I have ever run is 2400 m
    I exercise three times or four times a week on playing basketball。We should pay attention to the save of the exercise because many people are hurt when they do the exercise . We should warm up ourselves to protect our body.

    The longest I've ever run so far's only 100 metres but my mum plans to enrol me in the Old Master Q Charity Run...tough call, I must exercise more! about exercise, we've got sooo much to keep up with at GHPS that I don't have much time. Mostly just a short runing session after church every Sunday only. I think we should stay hydrated, or we risk getting heat stroke! Also, we should do warm-up exercises before and after exercise and prevent sitting down immediately after that or we risk getting a big butt. (Hey, don't blame me for that. My mum acts like her life depends on that tip. Just passing on the message.)
