    1. Are there any Link REIT shopping malls or wet markets in your neighbourhood? Have you noticed any changes going on there?
    2. Do you think it is a good idea to limit Link REIT’s power to increase rents? Why?

Yes, the Wong Tai Sin Temple Mall. I have noticed tons of changes going on, oh yes I have indeed. Before there were bookstores and interesting collectors' stores like JP Books and Krush, but they only survived for a few months. I don't like to go there because there's nothing interesting in there, only Pricerite, ParknShop International, Giordano, Sasa, Eu Yan Sang and 'adultish' stuff like that. I fully support capping Link's power to increase rents because it can help smaller buisnesses to thrive. My family and I were once on really good terms with a lady that maintained her life by managing two chain shoe stores in malls. When Link took over, she was forced to abandon her stores and she is now a Customer Service consultant. The cap can help stores like hers to survive and make malls more interesting, thus attracting more shoppers.
