    1. Yes. They usually have body checks regularly and the service helps them to leave their house without the help of relatives of friends.
    2. No. No, as well. The lift in my building is quite small that can merely allow one wheelchair to pass through.

    1. Yes , I think so. The government should encourage other family members of the elderly or disabled people to involve in too as the robot chair might not ensure to be safe as usually and the users might not know how to fix it if there are problems.
    2. No, there aren't. No, I don't think so since I can see many of them just walk alone, they aren't have company with them. Therefore, they feel helpless when they face physical problems.

    1. yes the service would be helpful because it would be more convenient for the disabled or elderly. It'd be good if it's free because a lot of disabled and elderly might not have that much money.
    2. Both elevators and stairs are provided in my neighbourhood so I think elderly or disabled people are able to get around easily. But the MTR stations could be improved as only one exit has an elevator.

Yes, I think the service is helpful. Frankly speaking, it really helps a lot of disabled people, especially elderly. I believe it is still a little bit inconvenient for them as people need to book three days in advance.
    2. My neighbourhood has a lot of stairs and slope. You either walk the stairs and slope or walk the slope to the nearest MTR and restaurants. I think they can get around easily because the slope is not very steep so people who use wheelchair can still be able to go around.
