    For me personally, the best way to keep myself happy is to listen to music. Most adults will say that calming music like boring, totally out Disney songs. But for me, other songs like Ariana Grande's work just as well, maybe even better. When I feel mad at my mom, I listen to Anna Blue's Silent Scream (which is my life in a song), and somehow I feel way better after getting teary-eyed (don't ask).

    For others, most people would say, Chat with them, talk with them, and so on, so on. However, that's basically interrogating them about their deepest, most hidden feelings and annoying them in better words. People like me who like to keep their feelings hidden under a poker face, thank you very much, will think you are annoying them and trying to pry into their deepest secrets. Then they will pull tighter, hide their secrets and feelings deeper into their own miserable, pained self. Believe me, this is what's happening in my life. I feel exactly like Zoe in Silent Scream. Except maybe that I am free and me at school. And people go, "Oh, how are you, Discord?" And then eventually, "Tell me, what is/are your deepest secret/feelings right now?" And that is the single most annoying thing you can ever do to me. It won't help my so-called unstable mental health but being interrogated by the people who cause it will worsen the situation.

    So how to help? Give anonymous support. Relieve stress and pressure. Maybe buy a diary/journal/whatever notebook for them to let out their bottled-up feelings, stop some tutorial lessons as a nice surprise, give extra pocket money, give more data, help with homework, keep the mountains of exercise books out of sight. (Hi, parents! Ya hear?) What if you're just a friend? Act normal, but don't pull pranks/jokes on them, and do NOT spam them with positive messages. That's all. That's all I actually want people to do for me, actually, but whatever. Hope this works for ya.

    Sometimes pouring your woes to somebody you trust and care for is actually quite helpful.You can also try to talk to your friends,but don't overdo things,like 'overcomforting' them.
