    We should tell our parents, teachers or friends when we feel depressed, sharing thoughts to others will make us feel better as they give us advice. Also, if we think negatively, we may not able to solve the problem so we should be an optimistic person, then everything will be fine.

    How should we take care of our mental health as well as others’?
    Personally speaking,mental health is as important as our physical health.Nowadays,people are facing different kinds of pressure.As a student studying in Hong Kong,my pressure not merely from academic aspect,the high expectation from others and the relationships with parents and friends are also building up whopping pressure on me.Mental illnesses are more grievous than the physical one.For me,I think a balance between work and leisure is very substantial.Take myself as an example,no matter how busy I am,I will still find a few minutes for watching YouTube and singing Korean pop songs because appropriate entertainment can help me to relieve my stress.When someone suffers in a extremely stressful situation,they will easily become the sufferers of depression.Moreover,working life balance can help us to become more productive and resilient.
    Recently,Hong Kong is facing a serious social problem which is the anti-extradition protest.Many people involved in this issues were injured.However the government always avoid to give a positive response to the citizens in Hong Kong.Some of the protesters tried to use some aggressive and violent means to draw attentions of different groups of people in Hong Kong as well as some foreign countries.And the police was suspected of using excessive force such as
    casting tear gas in a intensive manner.Many citizens in Hong Kong are facing tremendous pressure due to the social instability and losing confidence in the rule of law.Some people around are very confused about the current situation,so the only thing I can do is chatting with them.I think chatting is a way that one can express their feelings and thoughts.Whenever I feel very depressed,I would prefer chatting with my friends or even a social worker rather than hiding the trouble inside my heart.It is because when people are lonesome,they will probably overthink.Thus suicidal thought will pop up.

    For me , if I get into trouble I think I would tell my parents or others that I believe them .They may advise me some solutions to solve the problems and it can also help me to sooth our stress . Your may got the signs of depression and even think of suicide yourselves .

    Everyone knows life is full of stress and difficulties,is extremely important to find a right and positive way for yourself to relieve that stress.For instance,doing workout,listening to music,chat with someone trustful etc.Those are the most basic and simple way to make yourself happier.Is important for all of us to have a positive mind and attitude to maintain our mental health.
