Chat with your friends and try to know more about their worry or difficulties.
We should share and express our feelings instead of hiding them.
We should talk to others when you feel unhappy. There is teachers and other people that are willing to share with you. Just don't be shy and depress.
To do sports or watch youtube.
We should share our feelings with our parents and always care about others.
Talk to a friend, parent or teacher if you’re feeling unhappy and always keep things positive.
we can tell someone that we trust when we were upsad
talking with friends.
We always need to think from the positive side, stay happy !
We can do more sport.
I think we should use optimistic attitude to face the difficulties and sharing your feelings with friends and families frequently.
Spend some time to relax. Such as do something you like, exercises,listen to music, what ever you want.
We should do more things that we like For example, eat more ice cream, play with cats more, draw more...... And if we are unhappy, we can talk to teachers, parents or even cats

We need to help
Caring more a yourself and your friends around you
we shouldn't watch telephone so much.
