I think we should talk more to your parents about your feelings every day
We should handle our feeling peacefully
We can help them and we can donate money or other things to them.
First of all, we should tell our problems to our parents as soon as possible because they must help us to solve the problem . For example, if u feel stressful in your learning , you should talk with your parents , Also, you can find your school social workers . They will know your problem then they will use their methods to help you like communication.
We should always feel positive and optimistic as well as to control our temper. We have to take care our friends' mental health when chichatting and hanging out with them.
We need to tell the bad feelings to our relatives or teachers and we will be happier and relaxer.

Except of trying to listen and spend care to other people. Learning thanksgive can keep our mental health as well as others.
How should we take care of our mental health as well as others’?
We can ask or talk with our friends and family ,tell what the detail and your feeling
deal with times when you feel troubled.Same we can care for others
As a friend or family, when you found that your kid or friend their emotions are really strange, you should ask them if they have any things that they keep in mind. If they have, we should listen to them and give them suggestions, if these didn't work you can do exercise or listen music with them and let them release stress
For me, I always daydreaming when I am stressed, I think this is one of my solution to relax myself. And I will pay attention to people around me, if they are willing to chat with me about their secrets, I will be a great listener and maybe suggest some useful solution to them, but at least, I think chatting with others can decrease the risk of getting depression.
