1.Yes it is a good idea. Low income families or students with not much money can live in these container homes.
    2. Yes, I think Brian Wong's concerns are justified because these container homes are low in profit and the price for living into the house is low and that can help the poor to have a home.

    1. Yes, I do. Because the cost of container home is cheaper than a block and the space of the container is more usable than a subdivided flat, so this is a good idea to ease Hong Kong’s housing shortage.
    2. Yes , I do. Because there are many government lands and not used spaces in Hong Kong, the public house waiting-list is so long at the same time, and the poverty and homelesses in Hong Kong are getting worst, so I do think his concerns are justified.

    1. I think the container home plan is a good idea to Hong Kong's housing shortage. First, the rents would be cheaper than the subdivided flats so a lot of low-income families would get benefit from it. Second, it takes shorter time to convert a container into a house.

    2. Yes, I think Brian Wong's concerns are justified because private developers are only interested in earning money. Therefore poor people would not be benefited.

    1. Yes, because it can save space in HK and can provide cheaper accommodation for the poor.

    2. Yes, I think it is justified because the developers would only want to earn money, so they will increase the rent and then the poor cannot be benefited.
