Yes ,because the extra maternity leave can let the baby have a good care and their mum can get good rest.
Also i think the workers can get safety and money to take care of their life.

    1) I think the extra maternity leave is a good thing because the mothers should have more rest.
    2) I think the workers should get more pay and time off if they work during typhoon signal no.8 or above because it is dangerous to work in the extreme weather.

    1. Do you think the extra maternity leave is a good thing? Why?
    2. Do you think workers should get time-and-a-half pay if they work during typhoon signal no.8 or above? Why?
Yes, because the new mothers can have more time to take care of their new-born babies. Also, they need more time to recover from giving birth.

Yes. It is because we need to ensure the workers safety and rights, working during typhoon signal no.8 or above.

I think the women who are pregnant should have a maternity leave because they can rest while they are pregnant and they will have no pressure when they give birth to a baby.
I think the employer should give them the salarly they originally have as the woman can also have money to live and buy baby equipments for the baby:smiley::blush:

Yes. I agreed that Hong Kong workers can get the extra four weeks of maternity leave. Because the current 10 weeks maternity leave might not be sufficient for taking care of new born baby.

Yes. Because they should be compensated for working in dangerous working condition and bad weather.
