    Yes because the women have to rest and taking care about their children.
    Yes because the workers may get hurt when going to their office in typhoon signal no.8 or above.

    1. I think the extra maternity leave is a good thing because women can have more time to rest and get along with their baby after giving birth to their child .
    2 I think workers should get time-and-a-half pay if they work during typhoon signal no.8 or above because normal workers do not need to work during typhoon signal no.8 or above , but they do , and this is an extra work for the workers .

    2.Yes,I think workers should get time-and-a-half pay if they work during typhoon signal no.8 or above because office staffs have holiday to rest but some workers need to work during typhoon no.8 or above.
