Export report P problem

    I try to export report P of form 3 and after 1 min I encounter the following errors displayed:

    System Error occurred. Please contact the technical support team if problem persists.

    What is the solution?  In fact, I encounter this before and finally ok again.  But I do not do anything at all.

     

    URGENT!!!

    Please restart the WebSAMS server and check if the problem is solved.

    If it persists, call the helpdesk at 31258510 for help.

    This problem occurs in cloud SAMS sever also. I call the help desk. They cannot offer any help
