My library purchased library master system last month. Until now, I have found many problems of it, such as the printing format is not correct in printing labels and it is hard and can't import the excel files. I tried to find help from the software company, but it can't find the problem. Until now,I still haven't imported the data of the books to the system. I don't know what to do, but just try and wait. Anyone who have used the system? Can you share your experience with us? Please give advices. Thanks

我都是用library master 不能import 的原因大多數是有data打錯或格式不對 我試過把excile file send給Library Master, 請他們幫忙~ 你亦可以每次只import 20-30 data...慢慢找出錯誤的地方
我覺得Library Master 4.0版import data時反而較少問題，但轉用5.0後就問題多多，經常不能import，試過好幾次都是send file給他們檢查，他們將file重新再做一次，叫我再入，但我又check不到有甚麼不同，有次還將key words全刪掉，import就沒有問題(但我的數字沒有超額)，我問他們出錯了甚麼，好讓我下一次更正錯誤，但每次都沒解釋原因，只叫我將他們重做的file再入一次就是了。
我們校在安裝了library master 5.0升級版之後出現了程式與database不相符的問題, 打電話去又耍我們。 結果便叫我將200多mb的database email過去, 怎寄呢？ 請問各位有沒有辦法呢？ 謝謝！

import excel file時，你要先確保每個欄位都沒有打得過長，尤其是書title，不能超過100個字 此外，你要緊記選取已打字的內容，然後設定字型為10，字體為arial 再做最適欄寬 最後另存dbf檔時，只能用數字及英文字作為檔名，不能有中文字及符號
我估計要限制import長度可能係因為系統設計時已有一個最大能接受的字元數量 若超過限制，系統便會失靈之類卦 mh8962 寫道 : 為什麼要限制import長度? 如果是一般的書目資料, 為什麼不是用iso2709?
