    Dear all,

I have an excel file to import Performance / Awards Gained Outside School into the SLP module in WebSAMS. However, how can I control the printout sequence ? In the WebSAMS, I cannot find it out too.

    Please help.

You may maintain the "Print Sequence" on "SLP > Maintenance > Data Entry > Performance / Awards Gained Outside School".

Sorry to ask more details. I already have the printing sequence in the excel file. How can I import them directly?

The print sequences for Performance / Awards Gained Outside School records can only be maintained through WebSAMS online. You cannot add any columns in the excel template to include the print sequence.

Will it be added in the coming WebSAMS upgrade? I think it is useful for most schools.

The print sequence for Performance / Awards Gained Outside School records cannot be duplicated. It is restricted to be assigned to the records through WebSAMS online.

If it is the true reason, why NOT set a function or MACRO in the excel template to check for and give a warning message for any duplicated records?

Do anyone feel it sensible to print out all students' records of outside school performance and then let all students mark down the print sequence on the print-out and then again the school collects all the print-out and finally ask a staff to do data entry into WebSAMS?

Have anyone ever tried to imagine a picture of terrible mess?!
