SLP Other Performance/Awards

SLP report中, 如果學生完全沒有 Other Performance/Awards, 可否不顯示該頁? 有沒有code 可提供?

老師指那一個SLP Report?

 

SLP -> SLP B thanks

 

由於提取Other Performance/Awards是由一個sub-report去處理
所以老師必須於sub-report內每一個section都加上Suppress formula(見下圖)

檢查是否有要列印的記錄
老師可參考下列Formula:
isnull({TB_SLP_STU_PERFME_OUTSCH.SUID})

空的Table 現在可以不顯示, 但會出現空白頁? 想問可如何解決? thanks

 

由於SLP Report本身設計可以供老師自行選擇各section是否以新頁面列印
所以已隱藏的部份仍然會跳頁
老師可考慮於產生report的選項裡將"分頁列印校外的表現 / 獎項"剔除
就不會有空白頁了

 

老師亦可嘗試修改Report
right-click有關sub-report選擇"Format Sub-report"
於sub-report頁面啟用"Suppress Blank Subreport"
然後於Section Export內將有關Section的"Suppress Blank Section"一併啟用
那當學生沒有Other Performance/Awards就會自動隱藏

 

然後於Section Export內將有關Section的"Suppress Blank Section"一併啟用
