    I resend my problem.
I used last year's ReportP for current year. When I generate the reports and find that all English characters including numbers have been enlarged but Chinese characters unchanged. Please help to solve the problems.

Because "2021 HY S4-S5 v2.rpt" is School-defined Crystal Reports Template,
Teacher may take reference to CDR WebPage,
the "Points to Note for Upgrading of WebSAMS3.1 v1.0" Guideline.
This document has mentioned that the upgrade of Crystal Report, will have impact on font size.
Therefore it will cause some of words overlapping in the Report Templates.

    It is suggested to
    1) Widen or lengthen the textbox; or
    2) Reposition the label; or
    3) adjust the label to be smaller font size

Thank you very much for your answer. However, I'm still using Crystal Report 9. I was trying to avoid the problem caused by system upgrade. Is that true the same problem will occur to version 9 even I do not upgrade it to Crystal Report 2020?
Another question. Is that true the same problem to occur to other users using school defined Report P?

Yes, because WebSAMS 3.1 is upgraded,
the same problem will occur to Crystal Report version 9.

Also, for the users who are using school defined Reports,
discrepancies may be found in the report printouts.
Users may follow the steps in section 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines to update corresponding report templates in order to rectify the discrepancies.
