In the past, in Staff Deployment, when we enter which periods the staff is absent, the substitution plan will return only those periods of absence in the next screen. e.g. if a staff is absent in Period 4-6, only these periods will appear in the substitution plan. However, starting from this year, (we've migrated to 2016), our school found that, even though we've input which periods the staff is absent, the substitution plan will return ALL periods of that day in the next screen. What is the problem behind this? How can we fix this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.
