    Stir-fired vegetables, crisps and fries have high levels of acrylamide. I do like them because I am addicted to the crispy food.

    Raw vegetables, fruits and steamed food. I loved fruit and steamed food a lot, but I sometimes will worry that raw vegetables may be not well cleaned or many bacteria is on it.

    1) French fries, potato chips and fried vegetables have a high levels of acrylamide. I like them all very very much.
    2) Steam Fish, fruits, eggs and milk products are some of the substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide, i prefer both of them as well.

    Although fried vegetables ,potato fries,chips are high levels of acrylamide,I like them very much.I try to eat lees. And eat more boiled or steamed vegetableinstead of fried vegetables ,potato fries,chips.
