    2.Some steam vegetable and egg can substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide.

    Pizza,French Fries,Toast. I like them not i eat them not very often.

    Ans: They are fried vegetables,chips and potato fries. I like them very much.

    Ans: Vegetables cooked at high temperature above 120℃ and fried vegetables are with high level of acrylamide. Raw vegetables, boiled or steamed vegetables are healthier. I prefer eating raw vegetables. They taste good also.

    2. Steam fish and fruits are some of the substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide. I prefer these kinds of steam fish.

    1)Potato chips,toast and cookies are with high levels of acrylamide.I like them very much because they are very yummy.They also have different tastes for me to try.Although they are delicious,I will not eat them much since they are high fat,high sugar and oily.They are very unhealthy.I will suffer from high blood pressure and diabetes if I eat too much.

    2)The substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide are vegetable,fruit and rice.I prefer these kinds of food more since they are healthy.They are healthy for me because they contain some healthy elements.For example vitamins and carbohydrates.
