    1 The three examples of food with high levels of acrylamide are fried vegetables, potato chips and French fries. I do like some of them because they are tasty but I don't eat much.
    2 The substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide are raw vegetable, fruits and steamed meat. I prefer these more because they are both tasty and healthy.

    2. Steamed and boiled food, and also raw vegetables are some of the substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide, I prefer these kinds of food more.

    potato chips, fried vegetables and French fries.
    For me, I love eaing fried vegetables, but certainly not french fries and potato chip. Vegetable can provide us with rich vitamin and it's the main source of dietary fibre. Each kind of vegetable has its own unique natural taste. After the stir-fry, they will be more delicious.
