    1) French fries, potato chips and fried vegetables have high levels of acrylamide. I just like them a little.

    2) Fruit, steamed food are the substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide.
    I will prefer these kinds of food more because of our health.

    French fries, fried vegetables and potato chips have a high levels of acrylamide. I like them very much because they are very delicious but I know they are unhealthy.

    Steamed vegetables, boiled vegetables and raw fruits and vegetables are some of the substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide. I prefer these kinds of food more because they contain less acrylamide. They are fresh and healthy to my life.

    1. Fried vegetables, French fries, potato chips have high levels of acrylamide. I sometimes eat these food but I don't really like or even prefer them as they are oily.
    2. We can have steamed, boiled or raw vegetables instead of these food. They are much healthier so I prefer them more then food with acrylamide.
