    1. List three examples of food with high levels of acrylamide. Do you like them?
    1)French fries, potato chips and fried vegetables contains a high levels of acrylamide.I do not like them because they are unhealthy.
    2. What are some of the substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide? Do you prefer these kinds of food more?
    Fruit, salad and steamed food are the substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide. I do prefer these kinds of food because thay are healthy and yummy for us.

    French fries ,potato chips and fried vegetable are examples of food with high levels of acrylamide and I don't really like it ,because some of them will make us be unhealthy and fat.

    2. What are some of the substitutes for food with high levels of acrylamide? Do you prefer these kinds of food more?

    Raw vegetable,fruits and steamed food are the substututes.And I prefer eating fruits more.

    1. Stir-fried vegetables, potato chips, french fries contain high levels of acrylamide. I do not like them so I do not need to worry about the toxic substances in them.
    2. We can eat raw vegetables, fruit or steamed food to reduce the amount of acrylamide we consume. I would prefer eating these substitutes because being healthy is the most important.

    1. Potato chips, French fries and biscuits are food with high levels of acrylamide. I like them but I seldom eat them because I will get a sore throat after eating lots of them.

    2. Lettuce is a kind of substitute for food with high levels of acrylamide. I don't prefer lettuce more but I still love them. They are really crunchy and juicy{:3_41:} !!!

    Fried vegetables,stir-vegetable, chips,potato fries,biscuits and breakfast cereals are high level of acrylamide . I like most of them due to they are crispness and i like crispy food!But i know they are very unhealthy food to me ,therefore here are some substitutes such as consume raw vegetable or boil or steam the vegetable,it's more healthy to our body!

    1.Fried fish , fried chips and fried chicken wings. I like the taste of couse,but it's toxic, I need to eat them less.
    2.They are boiling vegetables , boiling fish and fruit. For the taste , we can still put more salt in it(not vey much) , so it would be tasty without toxic and i prefer this more.
