    1. Soho district is in Central. I have not been there before. The unique character of Soho district is there have many bars, restaurants etc.
    2. The surging rents will force many shops to close down. I agree with the property agents’ view points because because if the government interfere in the free market, it will lost the specialty of Hing Kong.

    1) Soho district is in Central.I have not been to there before. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, artists and musicians .

    2) Surging rents is a serious problem in Hong Kong nowadays. Since the rent is getting higher, the people may be can't afford and have to closed down their shops. Some people may feel difficult to start their business again. Hong Kong is a free market and this makes the choices of citizens fewer. I agree with the property agents’ view. If the government should not interfere in the free market, it may lose its own culture. The government should care about the feeling of citizens.

    1. Where is Soho district? Have you been to Soho? What ‘unique character’ does it have?
I don't know where it is. I haven't been there.

    2. How do surging rents affect Hong Kong? Do you agree with the property agents’ view that the government should not interfere in the free market? Why?
People cannot have their own small businesses since they cannot survive under the surging rents. Many interesting and meaningful shops may be forced to shut down and it affects Hong Kong's good culture. I agree with the property agents' view, because the free market is the original culture of Hong Kong. It should not be interfered by the government and it should be kept.

    1. Where is Soho district? Have you been to Soho? What ‘unique character’ does it have?
It is in Central. Yes, I have. There are a lot of bars which attract foreigners there.
    2. How do surging rents affect Hong Kong? Do you agree with the property agents’ view that the government should not interfere in the free market? Why?
Small businesses are unable to cope with the suging rents, forcing them to close them or move to a more deserted place. Howver, I do agree that the government should not interfere. Free market is a very important feature of Hong Kong, it is what makes this place a desirable environment to do business in. Government should minimize the interference.

Soho district is in Central. I haven't been there. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, art galleries and antique stores. It is an international cultural and relaxation tourist destination. Small businesses in the Soho district are becoming the latest victims of surging rents. The government should not interfere in the free market, in order that peple can relax after work in Soho.

    1. Soho district is in Central. I have been to Soho. There are many foreigners and some musician.
    2. Surging rents are seriously affecting Hong Kong because many small and old shops are facing the problem of high rent. Many of them cannot afford it therefore they may close down. I agree with the property agents’ view that the government should not interfere in the free market because the businessmen come to Hong Kong to set up their company because of the free market in Hong Kong. It the government interfere it, the economy may drop.
