Some students have dropped some subjects. We have marked them in the Assessment module. However, we still found the records in the output report. Do I need to input these information again?
In respect of the Survey on SS Subject Information, if the effective date of dropping such subject is on or before 15 Oct 2013 in the school year, the subject concerned should NOT be reported for the student. On the other hand, if the effective date of dropping such subject is later than 15 Oct 2013 (i.e. on 16 Oct 2013 and onwards) in the school year, the subject concerned should be reported for the student. Teacher may refer to section 2B(iv) [on page 8] and section 2B(ii) [on page 7] under the sub-heading ‘Procedure' in the guideline for the procedures of adding and removing any subject for a particular student respectively. 瀏覽附件WebSAMS guideline 2013_Eng.pdf
In my school, subjects are dropped at the start of the school year. We have marked the dropped subjects in my WebSAMS system. Why can't they be extracted in this survey? I hope it can be enhanced soon. So that we don't have to repeat the work when we do the survey.

Better drop the subjects of the students in subject setup of Student Information. Data setup in assessment module may not be extracted to SS survey.
