    I wonder why nowadays the WebSAMS update (download) becomes painful slow! Something it just stops and I have to start it again! Is there anything I can do to improve the download speed?

    I tried to updated to the latest version today and it stopped 4 times at diff. % (highest was 7%)!!!

    same problem.... noone at answer the call and even the NCS voice mail box full....
